Note: You can get this TM on your first visit through Mt. Moon, but if you missed it then we’ll show you how to backtrack and reach the TM faster via Cerulean City.
Starting from the Cerulean City Pokémon Center, take the path heading West.
You’ll eventually walk into Route 4.
Here continue taking the same path along the way, even when it turns South.
Walk in between the two small ledges after passing through some tall grass.
After getting out of the grass, start heading West.
Keep going until you pass the Raid Den.
After crossing the two ledges, you want to turn left and enter Mt. Moon.
Remember to enable auto repel so you don’t encounter any wild Pokémon.
Inside Mt. Moon, take the stairs right in front of you. They’ll lead you down into the basement area.
It’s backtrack time.
Take the only path available until you eventually reach the scientist you had previously defeated to get your fossil.
If you continue following the route, you’ll find a Team Rocket grunt you had to defeat before.
The TM for Low Sweep will be to the East of the grunt.
